3. Services and engagements
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written engagement letter or statement of work signed by both parties. Where there is a conflict between these terms and your engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by The Marketing Parlour or used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written consent. Deliverables produced for a client are governed by the relevant engagement.
